I. Acceptance of terms

Thank you for using SSALTEE RETREATS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the SSALTEE RETREATS website and any related mobile or software applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services") including but not limited to delivery of information via the website whether existing now or in the future that link to the Terms.

These Terms are effective for all existing and future SSALTEE RETREATS customers, including without limitation to users having access to 'business page' to manage their claimed listings.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the SSALTEE RETREATS Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with SSALTEE RETREATS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and/or its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "SSALTEE RETREATS", "Company", "we", "us"). You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms or are unable to be bound by the Terms. Your use of the SSALTEE RETREATS Platform is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to content that is objectionable or otherwise inappropriate.

You can accept the Terms by: (1) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where made available; or (2) actually using the Services. In the latter case, you understand that SSALTEE RETREATS will treat your use as acceptance from that point onwards.

II. Definitions

"Customer" or "You" refers to you as a customer of the Services. "Content" includes reviews, images, photos, video, location data, and all other forms of information. "Your Content" means content you upload, share or transmit. "SSALTEE RETREATS Content" means content that SSALTEE RETREATS creates. "Third Party Content" means content from parties other than SSALTEE RETREATS or its Customers. "Partner(s)" means merchants, retreats, or vendors listed on the Platform.

III. Eligibility to use the services

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree to these Terms. You are in compliance with all laws and regulations in the country where you live when you access the Services.

IV. Changes to the terms

SSALTEE RETREATS may vary, amend or update these Terms at its own discretion. You shall be responsible for checking these Terms periodically. Your continued use after any amendment shall be deemed as express acceptance.

V. Translation of the terms

Any translation of the English version into other languages is for convenience only; the English version shall govern.

VI. Provision of the services being offered by SSALTEE RETREATS

SSALTEE RETREATS is constantly evolving. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We may push updates or upgrades to the software automatically. If we disable access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services.

VII. Use of services by you or Customer

1. Customer Account

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password. You may register using third-party credentials (e.g., Google). You represent that all information provided is true and accurate. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree to receive communications related to the Platform.

2. Other Terms

We may record information regarding calls made through our telephony services for internal training and quality purposes. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to access the Services through automated means (scripts or crawlers) and not to engage in spamming or disruptive activities.

VIII. Content

1. Ownership of SSALTEE RETREATS Content

We are the sole copyright owners of the Services and our Content. All IP Rights (trademarks, logos, trade dress) associated with the Services are owned by SSALTEE RETREATS. You agree not to remove any proprietary notices or frame any trademarks.

2. Your License to SSALTEE RETREATS Content

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any violation may result in termination of your rights.

3. SSALTEE RETREATS License to Your Content

By submitting Your Content, you grant SSALTEE RETREATS a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of Your Content for any purpose, including API partnerships.

4. Representations Regarding Your Content

You represent you are the sole author or have permission; your Content does not violate any rights; it is truthful and accurate. If you provide a review, it must reflect an actual experience without financial incentive. You assume all risks associated with Your Content.

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any Content at any time for any reason. We are not obligated to return Your Content to you.

6. Third Party Content and Links

Some content may link to third parties. We have no control over third party materials and disclaim any liability.

7. Customer Reviews

Customer reviews reflect personal opinions and do not reflect the opinion of SSALTEE RETREATS. We are a neutral platform and do not arbitrate disputes. For concerns, contact ssaltee18@gmail.com.

IX. Content guidelines and privacy policy

You agree to our Privacy Policy and Content Guidelines. We may disclose information to government authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

X. Restrictions on use

Without limitation, you agree not to post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, violates third-party rights, constitutes a fake review, impersonates another person, contains viruses, or attempts to hack or disrupt the Services. You shall not use synthetically generated information (AI/manipulated audio or media) in a manner that violates law or deceives others about real events. We have the right to monitor, remove, and suspend accounts for violations.

XI. Customer feedback

If you share ideas or feedback, you grant SSALTEE RETREATS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such feedback without obligation of confidentiality. We do not accept unsolicited creative submissions.

XII. Advertising

The Services may display advertisements. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. SSALTEE RETREATS is not responsible for any charitable campaigns or third-party promotions.

XIII. Additional Terms and Conditions for Customers using various services

1. Booking & Retreat Services (analogous to food ordering / delivery)

SSALTEE RETREATS facilitates retreat bookings, experiences, and partner services. Your request constitutes an authorization for us to facilitate the booking on your behalf. Delivery or fulfillment may be done by third-party partners. We are not liable for acts or omissions of partners. Cancellation and refund policies apply as per the specific service.

2. Payments and Wallet

We may facilitate digital payments. Wallet services are subject to partner bank terms. Any payment disputes should be raised promptly. You agree to pay all applicable fees, delivery charges, and surge fees as displayed.

3. Membership & Loyalty Programs (Gold / equivalent)

We may offer membership programs with exclusive benefits (discounts, offers, priority support). Membership is non-transferable, non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw benefits at any time. Exclusion days may apply. Misuse may lead to termination without refund.

4. Hygiene / Safety Ratings (if applicable)

Any ratings displayed are for informational purposes and provided by third-party auditors. SSALTEE RETREATS disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy.

5. Subscription Plans

For any meal or retreat subscription plan, you pay upfront. Cancellations are subject to the terms specified. We act as a facilitator; the ultimate service provider is the partner retreat/restaurant.

XIV. Disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and Indemnification

Disclaimer: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SSALTEE RETREATS AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, SSALTEE RETREATS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSALTEE RETREATS from any claims arising from Your Content, your use of Services, or violation of these Terms.

XV. Termination of your access to the services

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your access for any reason, including violation of Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your account may be deactivated.

XVI. General terms

Governing Law: For Customers residing in India, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India; courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. For Customers in UAE, courts of Dubai. For Customers in the United States, laws of the State of Washington and exclusive venue in Seattle, WA. Any legal action must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in force. No waiver shall be deemed a continuing waiver.

If you believe your copyright is being infringed on our Services, please send a written notice with your contact information, identification of the work, and statement of good faith to ssaltee18@gmail.com.
