This applies comprehensively to customers, merchant partners, delivery / service partners, users of our digital platforms (websites and applications), participants in events facilitated by SSALTEE RETREATS, and personnel including employees, contractors, interns and third parties.

The information we collect and how we use it

SSALTEE RETREATS and its platforms and affiliate companies collect information from and about users of our Services, which includes:

Information You Provide to Us

Personal information: Name, address, email address, postal code, password and other account information (gender, mobile phone number, date of birth, anniversary date, user bio, nationality, website). Profile picture may be publicly displayed. Optional third-party sign-in services (Facebook, Google) may provide us with information.

Your content: Reviews, photographs, comments, lists, followers, reservation details, ordering history, favourite restaurants, special requests, and other account profile information. By providing a third party’s information, you confirm consent to share with SSALTEE RETREATS.

Your bookings and preferences: Event bookings, ticket types, seat preferences, attendance confirmations, feedback, dietary preferences, cuisine preferences, occasion types, travel details (train PNR), loyalty program participation.

Your activities: Search terms, results selected, time spent on Services, features used, ads clicked.

Your communications: Communications with other users, delivery partners or merchants (may be recorded for quality/safety), survey participation, contest entries, customer service correspondence.

Your transactional information: Phone number, address, email, billing and credit/payment card information when making reservations or purchases. Shared with PCI-compliant payment processors.

Public contributions: Ratings, reviews, tips, photos, comments, likes, bookmarks, friends, lists ("User Contributions") may be displayed on publicly accessible areas.

Image / video data: CCTV footage at facilities, event photographs/videos for security, safety or promotional documentation.

Contact information: If you upload your contact book, we may collect names and phone numbers of contacts (you represent that you have obtained necessary consents).

Information volunteered by you: Survey responses, feedback, promotional offers, beta testing data, etc., with explicit consent for the purposes described.

Data of Minors

Our Services are generally not directed to individuals under 18 ("Minors"). By providing personal information of a Minor, you represent you are the parent/legal guardian and provide explicit consent for limited, specific purposes only (e.g., purchasing a ticket). We do not create profiles for Minors for marketing purposes. If we become aware of unauthorized Minor data, we will delete it promptly.

Information Collected Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

We automatically collect Service Usage & Activity Data (search queries, pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, error logs), Device & Connection Information (IP address, device type, OS, browser, unique device identifiers), stored information and files, mobile status (other apps presence), precise real-time location (with consent), cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, flash cookies, and related tracking tools. Third parties may also use cookies — refer to their policies.

Information from Third Parties

We may obtain information via third-party account authentication (Google, Facebook, etc.), business partners, data enrichment services, analytics providers, public sources, affiliates, and other users (e.g., referrals). We combine information from these sources with data we collect directly.

We primarily collect your data to provide the Services you opt for. Purposes include:

• Core Service Delivery & Operations: Administer Services, share with delivery/restaurant partners, process transactions, respond to queries, provide support, notify changes.
• Platform Maintenance, Security & Compliance: Diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud, enforce contracts, comply with legal obligations.
• Service Improvement, Personalization & Research: Understand user behavior, personalize content, generate reports, conduct training and quality assurance.
• Marketing, Advertising & Promotions: Send relevant communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp), display interest-based ads, administer contests.
• Analytics and advertising: Use Google Analytics and similar tools to evaluate usage and serve tailored advertisements.
• Social Features: Find friends, share recommendations using address book data.
• Recording and Retention of Interactions: Monitor and record communications (calls, chats) for quality, fraud detection, training, and dispute resolution.
• Integration Across SSALTEE RETREATS: Share information with affiliates (e.g., unified login, cross-application features, coordinated support).
• Advanced processing: Anonymize/de-identify data; use AI tools to detect patterns, enhance user experience.

How we share the information we collect

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates (including Blinkit, District, Hyperpure or other SSALTEE RETREATS entities).
• To contractors, suppliers, and advertisers/service providers bound by confidentiality.

• Service Providers: For email/message delivery, push notifications, voice recognition, analytics, payment processing, hosting, surveys.

• Correspondence: Account holders may receive correspondence from other users or the Company (commercial emails include opt-out, but administrative messages cannot be opted out).

Data Storage

SSALTEE RETREATS may process and retain your personal information on its servers in India (where data centers are located) and/or on the servers of its third parties (in or outside India) having contractual relationships with SSALTEE RETREATS.

Your Information

Correspondence: You can manage email and notification preferences; follow “unsubscribe” for commercial emails. Administrative/service messages cannot be opted out.

Deletion: To permanently delete your account, use the “Contact Us” link. Once deleted, restoration is not possible. Copies may remain in backup storage for contingencies, legal enforcement, and fraud prevention.

Limitations: Your rights may be limited if requests are abusive, encroach on others’ rights, relate to legal proceedings, or prejudice negotiations/investigations.

Information Pertaining to Service Partners

This section applies to individuals engaging with SSALTEE RETREATS and its affiliates as independent contractors or partners (“Service Partners”), including delivery, logistics, fulfillment, or operational services.

1. Information Collected from Service Partners

• Identification & Contact: name, address, email, phone, date of birth, government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN, driving license), photographs, emergency contacts.
• Verification Information: background checks, right-to-work verification, driving records, criminal history (subject to law and consent).
• Vehicle/Equipment details: registration, licensing, insurance.
• Financial Information: bank account details, tax IDs (PAN, GSTIN).
• Location Information: real-time and historical geolocation when logged into Service Partner app.
• Task, Performance & Usage Data: order details, service timings, routes, ratings, earnings, communication records.

2. How We Use Service Partner Information

Verification, onboarding, tracking service progress, payment processing, operational communications, quality monitoring, safety, fraud prevention, analytics, compliance, dispute management, and integrated operations across affiliates.

3. Sharing of Service Partner Information

We may share with customers/merchants (e.g., name, photo, real-time location), within SSALTEE RETREATS group, with third-party service providers (background checks, payment processors, insurance), as required by law, and with government bodies for social security schemes.

Security: How we protect your information

We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard your information. We follow industry standards to protect personal information during transmission and storage. Payment gateway and payment processing service providers are PCI compliant.

We assume no liability for disclosure due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or causes beyond our control. You should not share your account credentials with anyone. Instructions using your username/password will be considered authorized by you.

Miscellaneous

Third party links and services: The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing personal information.

Policy amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, our practices, or technology. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here and notified as required by law.

Nugget AI (if applicable): Nugget by SSALTEE RETREATS provides AI agent capabilities to corporate clients. Client-provided data may include personal information processed strictly on behalf of the client. Third-party LLM services may receive data via API. Data governance for Nugget is governed by Nugget Terms & Conditions and the Master Service Agreement with each Client.
